I drove up to the donation area where three attendees refused to touch or accept my donations unless I personally and physically carried them into their facility myself. I will never donate to Goodwill Industries again.

I have to correct a Review from earlier. I gave it a low Star rating. I need to change that to a 5 Star. There was an issue trying to Re Download this App. I thought it was on his end. But it wasn’t it had to do with an apple issue. The issue was resolved and was able fix said problem. Thank you to the developer for helping me resolve this problem. The app is a great addition to have on your phone.
I got this app when I first moved to Orlando. I didn’t know anything around and this app help me find everything from Doctor to Jim’s to bus stops. It’s very very useful I recommend it to everyone. specially us, Blind people
Simple, Fast, Accurate
Useful app, when there is a version that actually opens
Got this just before an out-of-town wedding. We arrived late and I was able to quickly find nearby, open restaurants with vegetarian options. Saved the day!
Great staff and good time. The food was delicious I would also like to thank bartender and waitress Leigh
Our family had supper there tonight and was treated to excellent food and service. Very accommodating, checking back on us from time to time to see if we needed anything. The food was served quickly and was sooo good. There chips were very good with three flavors of dip/salsa. Our mixed drinks were outstanding as well. Thank you!
I have been using this app for years. And I’m normally extremely happy with the results. But lately it crashes constantly. Please fix it ASAP it is detrimental to my business.
I’ve had this app for years and it’s my go to app for when I travel to a new city or even when I’m home in Houston, Texas.
I am very pleased with this app. I also use Street. It’s companion app. I never wanted all that Google crap all over my phone. Thanks developer. Minimal and extremely dependable.
Super disappointed. Great idea, but no value added if it won’t navigate you to the place you want to go. While it’s not expensive, I can google for free.
I’ve used this for years as my go to app when traveling. Nothing better but...... I have noticed that upon starting it it will retain the last gps location. Even after touching the direction arrow in the bottom left corner it still does not always refresh its gps location. Can the developers fix this? This seems to be random. Update 8-2021 : My issue stated above seems to be corrected. A version update may have fixed it. You still have to hit the direction arrow at the bottom left corner but it will consistently update its GPS position when doing so.
I love using this app for finding good eats, places to shop, etc. However, due to the arrival of Covid-19, it would appear that the app has not been updated with places that have closed permanently due to the economic backlash we have experienced. Please update!
We’ve had this app for years, ever since we got our first iPhones over ten years ago and it has proven its worth time and again. I can honestly say that this app is the one most worth it’s cost. Want to know where to eat? Where can I find a certain type of store? This app can tell you. I can and do tell anyone I know that this app is a must.
I love using this to find gas stations when traveling & looking for large gas stations that have fast food & usually cleaner bathrooms. Although when zooming out to try to pick the best locations it will automatically zoom me back in & you have to keep going back & forth, it’s frustrating. Also it does not let you know the exit numbers when your looking at the different options on the map. I look at the options on the map to plan our stops out & then go back to our gps. It’s the exit app but it doesn’t note the exit numbers unless you go opt for directions & then go to the list view of what the turn by turn directions are then it tells you the exit number. These changes would be a great improvement for many users.
So much more useful to me than Yelp. Better user interface, better detail about a particular location, and I still get reviews, just without the creepy social media feel of Yelp.
The app has some issues. For example, I looked up Starbucks, but it does not list the one nearest to me. I verified the location in the Starbucks app. After repeated attempts, I can see the location (sometimes) in the map view, but never in the list view. Crashes when I try to suggest Edit. Hooters is not a Chinese Restaurant.
This app actually saved my life when I was in a foreign city and needed a pharmacy badly. I also regularly use it for restaurant recommendations and to send the destination info to my Mercedes navigation system.
😎👍👍
Not only great for finding restaurants when traveling or the closest store when you're in a rush but you can make your own categories. I'm traveling all over the state and appreciate being able to locate nearby libraries.
On road trips this is our go to app.
Awesome app. I use it all the time.
Extremely helpful and informative. This has gotten me out of quite a few jams. A really handy little gem
Crashes every time I open on Apple watch.
NEW REVIEW July 26 2015 Where To was updated so it works with tomtom again. My rating is five stars for being able to find anything anywhere quickly, worldwide. And sending it to tomtom or other nav app means no typing. I've owned this app for years and it is the best.
This App is the best for finding just about anything. I've tried the competitor's apps but this one leaves them in the dust. It finds everything and has the most elegant interface. I travel a lot and this makes finding anything a snap. Even my travel companions rely on it to pick the best dinning locations.
Good to see the app brought up to date with new app standards. But pretty pathetic database when it comes to categorized location accuracy. For instance in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area there are over 12 movie theaters and the app locates 2. That should be easy to get right but it's a fail. Randomly searching for location for playing darts pulls up dart playing locations, clubs (fine) but Dodge Dealerships (you know like the Dodge Dart model car). Clearly they are using simple keyword searches and not truly human curated content. You do better with Google. This fact alone negates the value of the app. And the developers are not playing by the new rules for using the while in use location services despite the feedback they are ignoring. It's not worth downloading and certainly not worth paying for. Use Yelp. It's magnitudes better.
"Where To" has been at the very top of my app list for years. I've not found anything else quite like it. Restaurants, shopping, services, you name it, you can find it nearby no matter where you are then get all sorts of great information about the business you're looking for. Phone, website, map, link to menus for restaurants, reviews. and so on. I love the new release with the expanded user reviews and upgraded user interface. I find it more easy to navigate and read. It's like google maps, yelp, chowhound, and TripAdvisor all rolled into one. Indispensable for travelers. Keep up the good work, folks!
Old version had more accuracy. Also when you pull up an address link to the directions phone etc is broken and app closes every 10 seconds. Please fix this !!!! I can't believe you charge for this. The free version was better
This has been my go to app for years to locate services when I am on the road. It now finds what I'm looking for but crashes when I click on the pin. Now useless.
Okay, I like the update and that it is very efficient. But my problem with it is that the program has lost a lot of its wow factor. I can't imagine that one would add 3-D in the current OS system since everything is going flat, but it needed something to make it exceptionable. For instance the maps could have a lot more color and could be a little bit more 3-D the dial could have a little bit more color and so forth.......something. Now that may be immaterial to most people but when you've bought this app based upon that wow factor then without it, makes it a little less palatable. I used to love opening up the app in it's previous version. It felt as if I was in a very elegant study(and that the bread ground the beautiful black dial etc.). Now it feels like I'm in a board room with a bunch of stodgy professors and no one has any interest in any other color but Tan. No, no ladies in red here.
While the app was due for a visual design overhaul (to align with iOS 7 & 8), that doesn't really warrant a paid upgrade with no real additional functionality. But when I discovered a companion app for my Pebble smartwatch that you can use for directions and "keep your iPhone in the pocket while walking or driving" I ponied up. Boy, was I disappointed to find that these directions consist of - literally - just the direction (and distance - in a straight line). There is no real-life use case where that information can be used as a substitute for driving directions, allowing you to keep your phone in your pocket. Unless your car can fly, you probably shouldn't just aim toward a restaurant and floor it. Or you and the restaurant are in the middle of an open field. Even walking it's questionable if you can use the direction and as-the-crow-flies distance to get to a destination. So it's a bit perplexing that they would market this as a way to navigate while keeping your phone in your pocket. It's actually misleading. Hopefully, it's just version 1.0 of this feature and they plan on displaying actual, navigable directions in the near future. Definitely don't upgrade just for the integration with Pebble. It's cute, but currently fairly useless.
This app is only ok. In my opinion it's missing some basic functionality. The biggest example that comes to mind is that when you leave the app it continues to use location services. It even does so if you force quit the app, so it's a battery killer. You'll have to go into settings every time and disable and then reenable location services whenever you want to use the app again. The other thing thats missing is just the ability to look at the map and see what's around you. You always have to choose a category, it would be nice to be able to customize the map so you could choose what categories were always displayed around you without starting with a category.
Been using this App for a while now and find the upgrade better but not necessarily worth the price. Hope to see 3D back and other improvements in the future.
3D was one of the coolest features about this app. First I have to pay for an update, then the update takes away a key fetaure!! Updates are suppose to add to the betterment of an app, not take away things!! One star until it is fixed.
